Re-Enrollment Information for 2023-24

Dear Parents of Holy Cross Lutheran School,

We thank you for your partnership with us, this year. It has been our honor to serve your family! As a valued part of the Holy Cross Lutheran School community, we invite you to re-enroll your student to our school for the upcoming school year! 

Re-enrollment for the 2023-2024 School year will begin on Monday, February 13th, 2023 beginning at 12:01 am EST. All re-enrollment forms are to be completed on Renweb. Current students and their siblings are given priority access to register via Renweb from February 1st to March 1st. Please note that new students are invited to register beginning March 1st, so you are encouraged to take advantage of the priority window to secure your child’s placement before spaces fill.

 

The 23-24 Enrollment Guide - A Note from Mrs. Rogers, Business Manager                                                         

We invite you to review our 2023-24 Enrollment Guide as you make important enrollment decisions for your student(s). You will note that our school’s tuition rates have increased from the 2022-23 school year. As our school continues in its efforts to ensure that students receive the highest quality in Christian education, we take this opportunity to share how additional funding will be purposed. In addition to continued campus renovation projects i.e. painting, signage, and new classroom furniture, we are thrilled to be installing a new campus security system. The improved security measures will include state-of-the-art cameras and keyless (scan card) access points. The safety of our students and staff remains among our highest priorities at Holy Cross. We thank you for partnering with us to make these essential changes.

Note to Parents of Fifth Grade Students                                                                                                                             

Each year, our highest demand for enrollment is in our sixth grade. Unfortunately, we have a limited number of spaces available in the 6th grade. We will be returning to having one 6th-grade class in the 2023-24 school year. We encourage you to complete your re-enrollment steps, including applicable fees as soon as possible to ensure that your child’s placement in our sixth-grade class is secure.

 

How to Re-Enroll Your Student                                                                                                                                    

All registrations are to be completed on Renweb. You must know your login and your password. If you do not know, please contact the school office. You will note that some additional sections and responsibilities have been added to the Re-enrollment form on Renweb, including:

  • Student Wellness Profile (all students)
  • Acceptable Use Policy Acknowledgement (all students)
  • Chromebook Contract (middle school students)
  • Promotional Criteria Acknowledgement (5th grade and 8th grade students)
  • Family Handbook Acknowledgement (all students)
  • PikMyKid registration if applicable (with app download)
 

The registration steps are as follows: 

  • Access our ParentsWeb through your existing login. 
  • Then, click on "Apply and Enroll" and follow the directions from there.
  • Complete all sections of the online registration form and then you will be prompted to pay the registration fee.
  • Once you have paid the registration fee, it will say "completed" and a receipt will be emailed to you.
  • If you do not get this message, you have not completed the registration, you have missed a step somewhere.  
  • Once you have completed the registration (every field) and have paid the registration fee, the business office will email you a pre-filled tuition agreement and Statement of Parent Support. You will sign this electronically.

 

To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to www.renweb.com.
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • District code is: HC-FL
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the “forgot” link provided.
  • After logging in, click on the "Apply/Enroll" 
  • Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for {StudentFirstName}.   The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. 
  • Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.     

Please remember that your registration is only completed when you have submitted the online re-enrollment, paid the registration fee in full, and signed and returned the email DocuSign forms (Tuition Plan and Pledge of Parental Support). All three steps must be completed to reserve a spot for your child.
